The Library is responsible for the project 'Conoscere per agire...con l'Intelligenza Artificiale,' within the framework of the Paths for Transversal Skills and Orientation (PCTO) of Sapienza University, designed for high school students.

The Library is responsible for the project Conoscere per agire...sulla sostenibilità ambientale, within the framework of the Paths for Transversal Skills and Orientation (PCTO) of Sapienza University, designed for high school students.

Since May 2023, for one year, the M. Costa Library has hosted 2 volunteers from the Universal Civil Service, participating in the projects #NONSOLOLIBRI and FLUX. These projects aim to promote and enhance the Sapienza libraries and to digitize physical materials, transforming them into digital resources to be preserved in the Sapienza Digital Library.

The project aims to provide people with visual impairments or learning disabilities (such as low vision, blindness, dyslexia, etc.) the opportunity to access the same variety of texts available to those without disabilities, starting from the Sapienza University Libraries. The project involves the creation and provision of both human-read audiobooks and books in various electronic formats to people with disabilities.
